The division that turns operating cash flow into ownership.

Obsidian is the capital and asset accumulation division of Amatahc Enterprises LLC. Its purpose is to convert revenue generated elsewhere in the enterprise into long term equity positions: real estate, capital reserves, and eventually destination hospitality.

Obsidian is not a separate company seeking outside investors and does not offer any investment product, security, or opportunity to the public. It is an internal division of Amatahc Enterprises LLC, governed entirely by the enterprise's own Operating Agreement and a written internal charter.

Obsidian exists to preserve what the other divisions build, not to promise what it has not yet earned.

Governed. Structured. Not yet active.

Obsidian is formally chartered but has not yet been funded or activated. No real estate has been acquired, no capital has been deployed, and no hospitality assets are under evaluation. Activation follows a defined four stage progression tied directly to enterprise revenue, not to outside capital or public investment.

Stage 1
Current Stage
Habit formation
Automatic deposits only. Funds sit in a money market sweep. No investment allocation decisions are made at this stage.
Stage 2
Investment policy created
A written investment policy is created defining asset allocation going forward.
Stage 3
Real estate eligible for evaluation
Real estate acquisition becomes eligible for evaluation. Evaluation only, not commitment.
Stage 4
Hospitality eligible for evaluation
Destination hospitality becomes eligible for evaluation. Evaluation only, not commitment.

Built to hold what the enterprise earns.

Obsidian was established inside Amatahc Enterprises LLC as the division responsible for converting the enterprise's operating revenue into durable, long term assets, rather than letting growth stay purely operational.

It is funded by a fixed percentage of gross Amatahc Enterprises revenue, reserved automatically as revenue is generated, and governed by the same Operating Agreement that governs every other division of the enterprise.

Obsidian does not solicit, accept, or manage funds from anyone outside Amatahc Enterprises LLC. Nothing on this page is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or investment interest. Obsidian's activities are internal to the enterprise and governed solely by its Operating Agreement and internal charter.
